Choose your quantity, add Prostector to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel is on the way
Where do you ship to?

We ship from The Netherlands with PostNL (tracked). Shipping is free to all EU countries, the UK, and Switzerland. After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
For destinations outside our free-shipping region (e.g., USA/Canada), shipping costs are shown at checkout (typical tracked rate for a small parcel is around €23.50).
Please note: for UK, Switzerland, USA/Canada, local import VAT/duties and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s rules.

Estimated delivery times (PostNL):
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
- UK: 3–6 business days
- Switzerland: 3–7 business days

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address or cancel the order, but once it’s in transit we may not be able to make changes.

If you ordered online within the EU/EEA, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your goods.
Because Prostector is a sealed food supplement, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products. If the seal has been broken, a return may be refused for health/hygiene reasons (where applicable)

Email our support team orders@prostector.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Contact support orders@prostector.com within a reasonable time with photos of the parcel/product and your order number. We’ll make it right (replacement or refund depending on the situation).
